Do you offer shipping for your products?
Yes! We are happy to offer free shipping on our trunks, mobile home kits and other standard products to our customers in Australia. The only products we cannot ship to are custom made products. Free local pickup is also available for standard products, and all our custom products are delivered to the same location.
What is your return policy?
If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us ASAP and we will make sure to make it right! Your satisfaction is our top priority and our team is happy to work with you to resolve any issues you have with our products.
All of our standard and custom products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, covering replacement parts and repairs for any defects caused by errors during the production process. If any part you ordered is damaged in transit and can no longer be used, we will send you a replacement part free of charge.
Here are the rules for product returns:
All refunds (whether you cancel your order or return the package) are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
you can return your product within 30 days of receiving it. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs. If you still have the original box, we can provide a discounted return label; otherwise, you will need to properly package and ship it back yourself. Once we receive the product in near-new condition, we will refund you less applicable fees.
For DIY assembly kits like the RV Magic Box, we do not provide a refund if your package has been received and opened. If you received the package but wish to return it before opening it, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the package. We can provide a discounted return shipping label. DIY kits can only be returned in the original, unopened packaging in which they were shipped. Once we receive the original, unopened packaging, we will process your refund less a 10% restocking fee and return label fee.
If you have purchased an item but wish to return an item that has not yet been shipped or delivered, you may request a refund less a 10% restocking fee from the total refund amount. This fee is used to cover our credit card transaction fees, administration fees, and restocking labor costs.
